Should a piece not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy designed for your peace of mind.
Our 30-Day Return Promise
We provide a 30-day return policy, allowing you a full 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return request.
Eligibility for a Smooth Return:
To ensure your return qualifies, please make sure your item meets these conditions:
- Original Condition: Item must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition.
- Complete Packaging: All original tags and packaging (including boxes, dust bags, etc.) must be intact and returned.
Initiating Your Return: A Clear Path
To start your return journey with ḡgamaki, please follow these simple steps:
- Return Authorization: Begin by contacting us at Ggamaki.shop@gmail.com to initiate a return. Be sure to include the order information as well as reason(s) for your return. Please note, returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Await Instructions: After step 1, we will promptly provide you with detailed instructions for your return.
- Return Your Order: Ship your return to our facility.
International Returns & Consumer Responsibilities
For our global community of city dreamers, understanding international customs and duties is crucial.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import customs, duties and/or taxes levied by the destination country or region. Please be aware these regulations are entirely outside of our ḡgamaki's control. Any additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We advise you to contact your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges.
- Undeliverable Orders: If an order cannot be delivered or is rejected due to unpaid import duties or taxes by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import duties/taxes incurred on the original shipment, and any applicable return shipping costs.
- Extended Transit Times: For items shipped from outside of Canada, your return may take longer than expected due to international shipping and customs procedures.
Damages & Issues: Ensuring Perfection
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at Ggamaki.shop@gmail.com without delay. We are committed to making it right for you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items, due to their unique nature, cannot be returned:
- Custom Orders & Altered Products: These products are personalized for you.
- Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased via promotions.
- Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are final sale.

Restocking Fees
To uphold the integrity of our collections, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee. A restocking fee [e.g., 15%] will be applied to returns that, while eligible, require additional inspection, re-packaging, or fall outside of perfectly pristine, unworn condition as originally received. This fee helps us maintain our commitment to quality and minimize waste in our operations.
Exchanges: Your Fastest Path to the Perfect Fit
The most efficient way to ensure you receive the item you desire is to initiate a return for the product you currently have. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item. This streamlined process ensures you get your perfect fit without unnecessary delays.
European Union Customers: Your Right to Cancel
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same unworn/unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Our Commitment to Resolution
Your successful return journey is important to us. Upon receiving your return, our team will meticulously inspect your item(s). Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your return is delivered to us for this initial processing.
We will then notify you of the result. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that individual processing times can vary, and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
